The third consortium meeting of the MyAcademicID project (MyAID) took place in Amsterdam on the 3rd and 4th of December 2019. Hosted by GÉANT, the meeting allowed the consortium and its advisory board to take stock of the progress made during the first year of the implementation of MyAID.
The partners were briefed on the integration between eduGAIN and eIDAS, the progress of the technical blueprint and the results of the stakeholders’ discussions held during the MyAID mid-term conference in November last year. The partners also agreed on the steps to follow in order to develop a common key message to be communicated during six national workshops, which will take place in spring 2020 beginning with Germany (Berlin, 18 March 2020), Italy (Rome, 27 March 2020) and Greece (Thessaloniki, 30 March 2020).
Besides the project partners, the participants included representatives from the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Education, Youth, Sport and Culture (DG EAC) and the Directorate-General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology (DG CONNECT).
